My wife and I would like to thank you for the extensive repair work that you have recently carried out on our house, and the extension/utility room which you created. You made every effort to ensure that any disruption to us was minimised by managing all aspects of the build for us (including organising and supervising other professionals such as electricians and joiners) and tidying up very thoroughly at the end of each piece of work.
